We Know Reaching Out Can Feel Like a Big Step

Understanding Hesitation :

We get it. You’ve probably had experiences with contractors who didn’t call back, or worse, showed up ready to sell before they’d even listened to what you needed. Maybe you’re not sure your project is ‘big enough’ to warrant a professional contractor’s time. Or perhaps you’re just starting to think about possibilities and don’t want to commit to anything before you’ve had time to consider options.

Our Different Approach :

Here’s how we approach that first conversation: we listen. We want to understand your vision, your timeline, your budget considerations, and your concerns. We’ll share our honest assessment about whether we’re the right fit for your project. Sometimes we recommend starting with something different than what you initially contacted us about. Sometimes we suggest waiting until a specific season or saving a bit longer to get everything you want. We’re here to help, not just to sell.

What Makes It Easy

The initial consultation is completely free and comes with zero obligation. If you’re planning a major project like a custom home or renovation, we’ll visit your property to assess the site and discuss possibilities in person. For smaller projects, we can often provide guidance over the phone or through email. You’ll never feel pressured to commit, and we’ll never make you feel like your project isn’t worth our time. From $5,000 bathroom remodels to $300,000 custom homes, we approach every conversation with the same respect and attention.

“We’re very communicative. Anytime I have something or I have an issue, I’m always on the phone talking to them about it. We make sure that the customer understands exactly what we’re doing, when we’re doing it, and why we’re doing it.”

- Charles Niesen

What Happens After You Reach Out?

We believe in transparency from the very first interaction. Here’s exactly what you can expect after you contact us.

Step 1

We Respond Quickly

Within 24 hours (usually much faster), someone from our team will reach out via phone or email, whichever you prefer. We’ll acknowledge your inquiry and either have an initial conversation right then or schedule a time that works better for you. We don’t let leads sit—if you’re ready to talk, we’re ready to listen.

Step 2

Initial Discussion

During our first conversation, we’ll ask about your vision, timeline, budget considerations, and any specific concerns. We’ll share relevant experience from similar projects and provide initial thoughts on approach, feasibility, and rough timeline. This conversation is completely free and helps both of us determine if we’re a good fit.

Step 3

Site Visit (If Applicable)

For major projects like custom homes, renovations, or additions, we’ll schedule a time to visit your property. We’ll assess the site, discuss possibilities in person, take measurements if needed, and answer questions on-site. For specialized services like roofing or remodeling, we can often provide estimates after a brief site visit or even from photos for some projects.”

Step 4

Proposal & Next Steps

Based on our conversation and site assessment, we’ll develop a proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment required. We’ll review this together, address any questions, and discuss next steps only if you’re ready to move forward. There’s never pressure to commit, and we’re happy to revise proposals based on your feedback or budget considerations.
